What a wonderful time we had in the Central Asian Stans! The accommodations, food and tours were exceptional. We certainly appreciated the expert guides of Silk Road Treasure Tours that led us to so many interesting, cultural, and historical sights. Our home visit, the many concerts and fine eating establishments will always be remembered. One of our fondest memories was when we stopped and joined the local people at a restaurant at the bazaar in Tashkent. Everyone was so welcoming. Zulya, the tour company president, always checked on our progress to ensure that our trip was going well. This small group adventure is one we will always treasure.
